La Feliz Self Portrait Studio – 476 Timothy St., Newmarket ON

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our online scheduling system.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

  • Prices are quoted in CAD and are subject to applicable taxes.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will not be refunded.

  • If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to fit you in within your scheduled time, but please understand that we may not be able to extend the session if others are booked after you.

  • Each session allows ONE CHANGE only.

  • No-shows forfeit the session fee.

3. Session Details

  • Studio 1 & 2 session includes 30 or 60 minutes of studio time and 15 or 30 minutes for Studio 3.

  • The session is self-directed, meaning you are responsible for posing and operating the camera using our remote system.

  • A staff member will assist with the setup and provide instructions before your session begins, but will not operate the camera during the shoot.

4. Equipment & Studio Use

  • You agree to treat all studio equipment, props, and backdrops with care.

  • Any intentional or accidental damage to the equipment may result in a fee to cover repairs or replacement.

  • La Feliz Studio is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged during your visit.

5. Photo Ownership & Usage

  • You retain full ownership of all photos taken during your session.

  • La Feliz Studio will not use any of your images for promotional purposes without your written consent.

  • Photos may be shared on our website or social media only with your permission.

6. Liability & Risk

  • By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are using the studio and equipment at your own risk.

  • La Feliz Studio is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property that may occur during your visit.

  • You are responsible for the safety of any guests you bring into the studio.

7. Age & Guests

  • Minors under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Our base price admits 2 guests per session.

  • Additional guests will incur a fee of $15 or $25 (depends on duration) per person and must be included in your booking.

8. Food & Drinks

  • Strictly NO FOOD & DRINKS ALLOWED in the STUDIO.

  • You may bring/consume your food & drinks within the reception area.

9.Pet Policy

  • Pets are considered guests and will be subject to the same fee as additional guests.

  • Pets must be supervised and kept on a leash at all times. Please notify us in advance if you intend to bring a pet.
