💰 Booking & Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking.

• The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

• Bookings made within 10 days of the event will require full payment upfront (non-refundable).

❌ Cancellations:

• 30+ days before the event: Full refund minus deposit

• 10 to 29 days before the event: 80% refund minus deposit

• Less than 10 days: No refund

🔄 Rescheduling:

•  Rescheduling is permitted once, subject to mutual availability, and must be requested in writing at least 10 days prior to the event.

• If requested less than 10 days, fees may apply.
